Booking and Payment

Bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners. Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and online payment platforms. All payment transactions are processed securely and in compliance with applicable laws. Following your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your itinerary and relevant details.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable. For cancellations or refund requests, please contact our support team through the details provided in your booking confirmation.

Late Arrivals

Tours begin at the specified time. Guests arriving late will not be eligible for a refund, nor will they be permitted to join the tour once it has started. However, rescheduling may be possible for a fee of €30 per person, subject to availability.

Liability Disclaimer

Czech Day Tours exercises due diligence to provide safe and enjoyable experiences. However, we are not liable for personal injuries, property loss, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, traffic delays, strikes, or governmental interventions. We recommend that all participants have travel insurance to cover unforeseen incidents.
